We were very pleased and proud to have been asked to perform a TKD demonstration at Rashay's Pizza Pasta Grill in Punchbowl on Sunday May 25, 2014 for their Family Fund Day celebrations.

New School Opening Soon!

As some of you know already, we are in the process of setting up a new full time location for Instyle Martial Arts and Fitness. This is exciting news and we'll give you an update as we are closer to our opening. In the meantime we continue to operate from McCallums Hill Public School as per our timetable. We look forward to a having you all as an integral part of the great future ahead.
